The hotel was too far from our desired location, but it was worth it overall. The rooms were small and not well-maintained, and the bathroom needed improvement. The service was exceptional, very welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Unfortunately, there was a slight issue with the cigarette smoke from the clerk. The location in Thousand Oaks offers plenty of space, but there was an incident of blame regarding a late payment. The dining options were limited, and the food quality was standard. However, the hotel had some nice facilities on offer.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were cramped and had a strong smell of old cigarettes with a hint of air freshener, which was not pleasant. On the bright side, the service was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Despite the less than hospitable location and lackluster dining options, the hotel provided enough amenities to meet basic needs at a reasonable price.

The hotel had clean and inviting rooms, but the presence of smoke smell was a downside. The service was outstanding, making me want to return. The location was convenient near the freeway, but the dirty tub carpet outside the room was a drawback. The dining was fair with limited options, but having coffee available was good. The facilities were well-maintained overall.
